Fishing in Florida with Grandpa Brown

Jeremy's dad loves to fish, and on our last trip to Florida we spent the day out on the river fishing for trout. We had a great day and fixed a terrific supper with our catch when we got home. (Usually our luck isn't great, but we have fun anyway!) We really are looking forward to sharing trips like this with Shia.

Recently we visited the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, N.C. We are lucky to live close to one of the most amazing sites in the United States! Famous historic landmarks are a favorite destination, and we are hoping to share our love of this country's great history with Shia.

Jeremy at the Mauna Kea Summit

Believe it our not, this picture was taken in Hawaii! We traveled to the Mauna Kea summit, which is more than 9,000 ft above sea level. It was quite an amazing site to see sunset from above the clouds. We want to share the amazing views with our Shia on a future trip back to the Big Island of Hawaii.

The Magic Kingdom with our nephews

We had a terrific time vacationing with Celia's sister, our brother-in-law and their kids at Disney World. This is one of Celia's favorite vacation spots and we are already planning what to do when we go back with our own child.
